Problem Gambling Recovery

The amount of compulsive gamblers in recovery, and in need of recovery, are severely underestimated.
This is because many problem gamblers do not seek treatment and do not identify themselves as having an addiction.
Often times, this addiction is a hidden one.

It is obvious to our affluent societies that gambling is a significant issue for many teens, adults, and seniors.
Whether it is a March Madness bracket, sports bet, pull of a slot machine, scratch of a lottery ticket, or simple bet with a friend...
problem gambling is a problem for society, writ large.

Recovery begins with attending a meeting or talking to a counselor/peer support specialist.
